Prince Utieyinoritsetsola Emiko named new Olu of Warri

Prince Utieyinoritsetsola Emiko has been named the new Olu of Warri.
His emergence, which was announced on Monday by Acting Chairman, Warri Council of Chiefs and Olu Advisory Council, Chief Johnson Amatserunreleghe, followed the passage of King Ogiame Ikenwoli.
Born on April 2, 1984, the Olu-elect holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in International Studies and Political Science while minoring in History and Economics.
This is in additiong to a Master’s degree in management.

Three months of mourning has been announced by the Itsekiri nation in honour of the late monarch.
