President Muhammadu Buhari has returned to the country after spending four days in Paris, France.
The presidential aircraft landed at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, around 5:00pm on Thursday.
President Buhari had departed for France on Sunday to attend the African Finance Summit organised by the French President, Emmanuel Macron, to discuss external funding and debt treatment for Africa.
Buhari held a private meeting with Macron on Monday to discuss security threats in the Sahel and Lake Chad region, climate change, economic ties, political relations, partnership to improve Nigeria’s health sector and contain the spread of COVID-19.
He also met with key players in the oil and gas, engineering, telecommunications sectors, and the Nigerian community in France.
