Yoruba rights activist Sunday “Igboho” Adeyemo has announced that the Yoruba Nation rally previously scheduled to hold in Lagos on July 3 has been suspended.

He said this hours after his house in Ibadan, Oyo State, was on Thursday attacked by gunmen.

Multiple reports have said that the gunmen killed occupants of the house and abducted others, including Igboho’s wife.
