Nigeria confirms 206 new COVID-19 cases

Nigeria has recorded 206 new Coronavirus cases on Wednesday with 132 coming from Lagos.
According to data provided by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control on their website on Wednesday, Nigeria now has 169,884 confirmed cases and 3,013 active cases.
The 206 new cases are reported from 10 states including Lagos (132), Akwa Ibom (56), Ekiti (5), Delta (3), Rivers (2), Enugu (2), Jigawa (2), Katsina (2), Gombe (1) and FCT (1).

Nigeria has administered at least 3,938,945 doses of COVID vaccines so far.
Last week reported, Nigeria averaged about 35,325 doses administered each day.
At that rate, it will take a further 1,138 days to administer enough doses for another 10% of the population.
