President Muhammadu Buhari had been reported to have arrived in Imo State to officially open some facilities for official use in the State amid sit-at-home order by the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Movement.
Roads and streets were deserted as Buhari landed at the Sam Mbakwe Airport in Owerri, the state capital where he was received by dignitaries.

However, images of the said project as surfaced online as “gutter commissioning”
