Appeal Court reserves judgment in Nnamdi Kanu’s suit challenging FG’s charges


The Court of Appeal in Abuja has reserved Judgment in the appeal filed by the leader of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra Nnamdi Kanu challenging the seven charges against him by the Federal Government.

According to online reports, the IPOB Leader’s counsel, Ifeanyi Ejiofor said,”Justice Of The Appeal Court of Abuja have promised to deliver a swift judgement on the case of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. All arguments were heard today and dates for the judgment day will be communicated back when received.”

Kanu had filed the appeal through his lawyer Mike Ozekhome. He is facing charges bordering on terrorism and treasonable felony.
