The Guiness World Records is getting getting to announce Nigerian chef, Hilda Effiong Bassey, popularly known as Hilda Baci as the Guinness World Record holder for longest cooking time by an individual.
At the time of filling this report, Baci’s cooking spree stands at 90 hours, 26 minutes for the longest cooking run in history.

An Indian chef, Lata Tondon initially held the world’s longest cooking marathon and she completed the task in 87 hours, 45 minutes, and 00 secs in Rewa, India in 2019.
After hours of completing the feat on Monday, Guiness was yet to announce Baci to acknowledge and recognise the new record.
However in a new tweet, while responding to a that questioned Guiness’ silence on the tweet, the tweet said that Guiness was working on making an official announcement.
