U-20 W/Cup: Flying Eagles hold first training in Mendoza ahead of Dominican clash

The Flying Eagles of Nigeria had their first training session since arriving in Mendoza on Friday.

Ladan Bosso’s side arrived in the city on Wednesday following a 10-day camping programme in Buenos Aires.

The two-hour session was held at the Mendoza Technical Centre.

The two-time finalists are gearing up for their opening game of the 2023 FIFA U-20 World Cup against debutants Dominican Republic.

The Flying Eagles will take on the North Americans at the Estadio Malvinas Argentinas in Mendoza on Sunday.

The Eagles will face Italy in their second game in Mendoza before travelling to La Plata for their last group game against Brazil.
